​Each week we kick off with a Monday morning Work in Progress (WIP) meeting, that allows us to map out the week, assign various responsibilities, and work-related activities to members of our team.

Hopefully, your day-to-day at VIVA! will not be full of too many surprises! Clients do however, love to throw us an odd ball from time to time.

​

The key to optimal performance at VIVA! is to work with Kirsten, and our extended team, and to identify, and continue to refine, your account-related priorities on a day-to-day basis. 

​

During your first few weeks, Mel Kheradi will assist you with your daily organisation. Her remit is to both support, and assist you, where possible.

​

Please ensure you understand how to log Zoho entries, as these timesheets are pivotal to billing our clientele.

​

This digital resource hub is designed to help you settle in, and to quickly grasp an understanding of VIVA!, our machinations, and what makes us tick!
