Overview
Each week we kick off with a Monday morning Work in Progress (WIP) meeting, that allows us to map out the week, assign various responsibilities, and work-related activities to members of our team.
Hopefully, your day-to-day at VIVA! will not be full of too many surprises! Clients do however, love to throw us an odd ball from time to time.
The key to optimal performance at VIVA! is to work with Kirsten, and our extended team, and to identify, and continue to refine, your account-related priorities on a day-to-day basis.
During your first few weeks, Mel Kheradi will assist you with your daily organisation. Her remit is to both support, and assist you, where possible.
Please ensure you understand how to log Zoho entries, as these timesheets are pivotal to billing our clientele.
